day 9-10 daffodil<\/strong>
day 11-12 rooster<\/strong>
day 13-14 magnolia<\/strong>
day 15-16 sheep<\/strong>
day 17-18 Pussy willow<\/strong>
day 19-20-21\u00a0 rabbits<\/strong><\/p>\n+ every day CLEAN<\/strong> something in your house \u2013 a drawer, a shelf, a cupboard, clean and remove unnecessary objects<\/p>\n+for your health<\/strong> here is a list what you are not allowed to eat for 21 days:<\/p>\nNO sugar !!!!
NO chocolate !!!
NO cookie !!!
NO bread
NO FLOUR
NO potato
NO rice<\/p>\n
+ DO SOMETHING for your HEALTH MOVE\u00a0 \u2013 WALK \u2013 DANCE \u2013 do some exercise I love especially spine-exercise or QIGONG or NIA or YOGA<\/strong><\/p>\ndo something little more than what you do normally.. There are 14 days free trial at NIA or at FIGURE8. Try them<\/p>\n
