Now the sun has finally come out.<\/h3>\n

A carpenter friend of mine brought me a big pile of woodboards yesterday. 100+.<\/h3>\n

This means I have to paint. For myself and for YOU.<\/h3>\n

After all, you know what I always say, ART HEALS.<\/h3>\n

Our souls are much more vulnerable. To tell you the truth, I have to say that I haven’t painted on my own happiness in recent months. I don’t want to tell you how long it’s been, it is another story that really schooked me.<\/h3>\n

But know I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.<\/h3>\n

Only better can come.<\/h3>\n

I believe in my helpers (angel helpers) now their help keeps coming.<\/h3>\n

I would like to give you some advice that ultimately helped.<\/h3>\n

– Take the brush in your hand! Open your paint boxes, Find your paper or canvas.<\/h3>\n

– Have a place in your apartment where you can put your paints outside. Don’t have to pack in -out because then you might lose your temper.<\/h3>\n

– If you don’t have an idea, it’s easy to paint a flower.<\/h3>\n

– paint for yourself, put them into the drawer (noone have to see them) or<\/h3>\n

– think of someone to whom you can give your picture and make them happy.<\/h3>\n

– Give it as a gift. You will get your love and kindness back from somewhere else.<\/h3>\n

– I created my Natureart seasonal program because I like to inspire you.<\/h3>\n

– Take a walk every day or do some exercise.<\/h3>\n

– Move! I tried Body Groove – you may love it ( great songs and easy movement excersises)<\/h3>\n

– Change same of your habits.<\/h3>\n

– Change foods,<\/h3>\n

– change the daily routine.<\/h3>\n

– Make some tidy up, select the clothes and items you don’t need.<\/h3>\n

– Find new friends.<\/h3>\n

– Maybe find a group where you can create together (not just online)<\/h3>\n

Sorry this mail is a bit long but too many thoughts are swirling inside of me.<\/h3>\n

You know your support means a lot to me and to my family as we are not in the best position.<\/h3>\n

always new ideas are coming, you know I’m full of them – but hard to realize<\/h3>\n

You know that in the natureart courses I paint with aquarelle. I know many of you love the interesting contents.<\/h3>\n

So You know that my Spring course is coming and many of my friend already have it. Maybe You already have it.<\/h3>\n

They are worth to read again.<\/h3>\n

BUT I have an idea.<\/h3>\n

Are you interested to go through the weekly lessons but with acryllic?<\/h3>\n
